1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Classroom Loop (“Platform,” “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Garesa Hughes, operator of Classroom Loop.
2. Eligibility

3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at privacy@teacherplatform.com.
- You may not share your account credentials with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization.
4. Subscription Tiers and Billing
The Platform offers three subscription tiers:

- Basic — $19/month: 200 AI tool uses per month, unlimited library downloads, classroom management features.
- Pro — $149/year: 200 AI tool uses per month, unlimited library downloads, all classroom features. Saves $79 compared to monthly billing.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Basic is billed monthly and Pro is billed annually. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ written notice.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All AI outputs generated by the Platform are suggestions only. Classroom Loop makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content. Teachers are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use in the classroom, before sharing with students, and before submitting to any institution. AI outputs may contain errors, outdated information, or content unsuitable for particular age groups. Always apply professional judgment.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws, including but not limited to COPPA, FERPA, TCPA, and applicable data protection laws.

7. Student Data
Teachers who add students to the Platform represent that they have obtained appropriate school or parental authorization to collect the student’s information as required by COPPA and FERPA. You agree to use student data only for legitimate educational purposes within the Platform.
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, design, and original content, is owned by Garesa Hughes and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload (lesson plans, posts, messages). By uploading content you grant us a limited license to store and display it as necessary to provide the Service.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Platform or its users. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and your data will be retained and deleted per our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TEACHER PLATFORM AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Garesa Hughes operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
